1979 Ford F-150 4x4 short bed originally sold at Kendall Ford in Eugene, Oregon in October of 1978. This truck remained in Oregon for most of its life until it was sold to a dealership in Lowellville, OH. The F-150 was quickly purchased by a truck enthusiast in nearby Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. The new owner restored this original mileage truck to its present condition. He opted to change the original exterior color from Wimbledon White to Light Medium Blue, also a 1979 Ford F-Series color option. As you can see by some of the photographs, it was taken right down to the frame. All new gaskets around the doors and windows. The motor was checked, resealed, repainted and reinstalled. The same went for the transmission, transfer case and axles. The bottom of this truck is as clean as the top. Nearly flawless. Below will be a list of what was replaced or fixed during the rebuild.
